Purpose

Independent Productive Citizens, Inc. (IPC, Inc.) believes all people should have opportunities to become functional, productive citizens in society.  As a cornerstone in the community, IPC focuses on teaching individuals the skills necessary to obtain and maintain employment. IPC is a community service organization targeting individuals interested in becoming gainfully employed.

Mission

IPC strives to change the lives of people including those with disabilities by making them job ready through employment skills training and work opportunities. Our mission is to create an inclusive community by developing partnerships within the community to remove barriers created by the perception of difference.

Operators

IPC is owned and operated by staff who have over 20 years experience working in the education and workforce arena preparing individuals to become gainfully employed.
